Delete your PriceMe account

In the app (quickest)

1. Open the PriceMe app (or priceme.in/stores) and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Enter the mobile number and email you used on PriceMe. We will email you a link to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email, pincode, delivery addresses and saved measurements.
• Your saved offers, store memberships, notifications and app sign-ins on every device. Repeat orders stop.
• If you run a store: it closes straight away and disappears from the app and website. Its offers stop. Any unused money you paid into its wallet is refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. Promotional credit is not refunded.

What is kept

• Records of past orders and PriceMe fees stay with the store for its accounts and for tax law, showing "Deleted user" instead of your name and contact details.
• Codes you used for website offers stay in the seller's records without your details.

You cannot delete while an order you placed, or an order in your store, is still in progress. Complete or cancel it first. Deleting cannot be undone.
